This means we can consistently improve our services, working together to keep our officers, staff, and communities safe.As our Assistant IT Network & Security Engineer you will provide support for network and security incidents and collaborate with stakeholders to provide support and promote cyber security across the organisation.What you’ll be doing

  • Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support for network and security incidents
  • Assist with applying network and security configurations to meet operational requirements
  • Perform routine IT threat intelligence gathering tasks

The must haves

  • Experience in conducting network and security asset life-cycle management
  • Experience of investigating IT network and security incidents
  • Experience of documenting systems, processes and problem resolutions using the appropriate tools and techniques
