- Provide comprehensive administrative support within the security assurance team.
- Assist in the coordination and management of security documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Support the preparation and review of security assurance reports.
- Manage communication with suppliers regarding security requirements and protocols.
- Assist in organising meetings, workshops, and reviews related to security assurance.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective security compliance.
Job Requirements:Essential:
- Excellent organisation skills, with experience of using MS Excel and SharePoint.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt these skills to different circumstances and to be able to apply these skills across of levels of the enterprise
- Data gathering and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
- Experience of working within a Supplier security, cyber security or information security team or other cyber security experience
- SharePoint site administration experience
Security:BPSS + SC + UK Eyes OnlyThis role will require the person to hold full Security Clearance (SC) prior to working onsite. You will need to obtain a BPSS check as part of this process. You must currently hold or be eligible and willing to obtain SC. In addition, this role involves direct and/or indirect access to ITAR Material which means there are restriction.
